Open your DAW and look for Elevon by Tonfors among the effects. If it doesn't show up, ask the DAW to rescan its plugins.
To remove it later, open Library/Application Support/Tonfors/Elevon (in your home folder if you installed it for you only) and double-click Uninstall Elevon.command.
